1 - General provisions
Placing an order implies that the person, referred to below as the "customer," agrees to the current specific conditions of distance selling. Prices are stated in euros and include taxes.
2 - Rates
The rates can be viewed via the following link. To complete the order, the customer must accept these conditions, as well as the general sales and usage conditions of the ski passes.
3 - Order confirmation
Once the ski pass order is confirmed by the customer, the ordered ski pass can no longer be modified. SNC Saint Roch advises the booker to take out travel and cancellation insurance when booking to cover the possibility of unforeseen cancellations. Travel and cancellation insurance cannot be obtained from SNC Saint Roch; you must arrange it yourself with an insurance company or intermediary.
4 - Delivery of ski passes
The purchased ski passes will be ready upon arrival at the hotel or chalet, or you will receive them the following morning at breakfast.
5 - Protection of personal data
We value the privacy of our guests and commit to treating the personal data provided during the ski pass purchase process in a secure and confidential manner. All personal information, including name, address, payment details, and contact information, is handled strictly confidentially and used solely for processing ski pass orders. Our online payment system utilizes advanced security technologies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of this data. We do not share personal data with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the ski pass order or required by law. By agreeing to these general conditions, the user consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described herein.
